A GOOD LUBRICANT KEEPS THE ECONOMY FLOWING!

Preferably machines keep on turning. But just like a car, machines only perform with the right type of oil. The formula for success is a machine that can keep on turning. And it just so happens that we have the wonder formula right at our disposal!

A STRONG FOCUS FOR THE RIGHT LUBRICANT. WE RATHER BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME

Metalworking

Metalworking companies often face a specific challenge. They want to be able to do as long as possible with their tools and machines.
Why? Because they can keep the operating costs as low as possible. Lubricant plays a big part in this.
If you have a tool which normally allows you to drill a hundred times and you can increase that to 500 times only when you switch to a better lubricant, the choice is of course made quickly.
That lubricant may be a bit more expensive than a cheaper alternative, but at the end of the ride it results in significantly lower production costs.
Are you going for water-mixing oil or for the pure variant? And do you opt for full-synthetic or semi-synthetic hydraulic oil? We are happy to offer you the best lubricant, so you can make a real efficiency blow.
We know exactly which product best suits the type of metalworking you are doing. Whether you’re grinding, twisting, rolling or cutting, we can offer a good solution for every step of the production process.
And whether you’re going to knock out a piece of metal under high pressure or fidget with the smallest gear in the world, we understand which lubricant will suit best

FOOD EN BEVERAGES

The choice of the right lubricant is closely monitored in the food and beverage industry. Of course, you don’t want to find a harmful oil in your steak because due to a leak in the machines of a slaughterhouse somewhere.
But even systems in bakeries, breweries and at wholesalers in meat, fish, fruit and vegetables could come into contact with lubricants and therefore food-products. This is not the intention, but during production processes errors can arise.
That is why special lubricants have been created for the food industry. These oils come from a factory where nothing else is made other than food-safe lubricants. All to make sure safety is guaranteed and your health is protected
When lubricants comply with these guidelines, they receive a FDA or a NSF H-1 certificate. Of course we have these certified lubricants well in our range, as well as the releases for halal and kosher. As a food producer, you can be sure that you can safely produce or pack your food.

Agricultural

Harvesters, threshinginstallations and tractors. Equipment used to get food from the land or plough it, they all need lubrication oil. And not just the first picked oil, but oil that is especially focused on the modular nature of agricultural-equipment.
Of course, there is all kinds of extra equipment on such a tractor, such as ploughs, tractors or cranes. A lubricant should therefore not only be good for the engine block, but also for all moving parts attached to the unit. Whether it’s biological degradable hydraulics, STOU and UTTO oils or greases, we always have the perfectly fitting lubricant in-house.

This lubricant must of course be of optimal quality all the time. Because when you only have three weeks to harvest your crops, you’re not waiting for outdated oil and failing equipment. No one gets happy about maintenance work exactly at the moment you want to move forward with your production at full speed.

Unfortunately, we see that the agricultural sector often keeps ploughing on until machines are completely stuck. Our good advice? Don’t keep jacking endlessly. But invest in the right oils and a periodic oil analysis. This way you can be sure that you won’t be at risk when you start using your sorting-machine to separate the red from the greenpeppers.

Aerospace

Lubricants for the aviation industry is a category of its own. Of course, we do not want a piece of wing to break off at an altitude of 1,000 kilometres because a wrong type oil was used in the production of the vital piece of the aircraft .

All metals in aerospace are therefore hard- to the limit, such as titanium. So you need special products to be able to work them. The manufacture and production of lubricants in the aviation industry are therefore subject to very different guidelines and certifications than in regular metalworking.
We have these lubricants in-house. As well as the knowledge and know-how to advise the industry on the best suitable oil.

Nuts on energy

Power generation plants operate with huge baths with turbine oil and with steam turbines that need to be lubricated. For this purpose, extremely clean and even cleaner oils are used that meet the highest demand in NAS classification. NAS (North American Standard) is a cleanliness class of oil, which allows you to determine how clean and particle-free the oil actually is.
The question in these industries is how to keep the pollution level of oil as low as possible. As a windmill builder, you really don’t have to wait for the phenomenon of varnishing. When varnishing occurs the oil becomes too old, thickens and all kinds of harmful deposits form layers on the inside of an oil bath.

Result? In the foreseeable future, your installation will be completely still. To perform your operations as risk-free as possible, opt for a selected oil that is NAS certified. Of course, we can deliver them effortlessly.
The same applies to transformer houses and cabinets for high-voltagepipes. An important point for transformers houses, for example, is that the conductivity of the oil is zero. The oil then ensures that no short circuit can occur when moisture seeps in. With a short circuit, an entire village or subject can be electrocuted, no need to say you want to prevent that. Here too you choose the special lubricants from our package.

Plastic and paper

To squeeze molten plastic into a mold under high pressure, you need a strong hydraulic lubricant. A lubricant that can withstand immense pressure all day and delay the aging process, i.e. oxidation.
We would like to advise you to make the right choice of lubricant. With a seamlessly fitting lubricant, you can reduce the friction within your machines. As a result, you use much less energy when the cylinders are moved from A to B. For your entire production site, this can ultimately lead to significant energy savings. Always nice.

Also in paper production a best fit is important. When you use tumble dryers that guide wet paper pulp over it, it should be dried quickly. Special types of oil then ensure that heat can be drained or added very quickly. With these heat transfer fluids you can also be sure that your machine will not catch fire. Of course, we have these heat transfer oils standard in our range.
