\nThat is why special lubricants have been created for the food industry. These oils come from a factory where nothing else is made other than food-safe lubricants. All to make sure safety is guaranteed and your health is protected
\nWhen lubricants comply with these guidelines, they receive a FDA or a NSF H-1 certificate. Of course we have these certified lubricants well in our range, as well as the releases for halal and kosher. Agricultural<\/h2>\n

Harvesters, threshinginstallations and tractors. Equipment used to get food from the land or plough it, they all need lubrication oil. And not just the first picked oil, but oil that is especially focused on the modular nature of agricultural-equipment.
\nOf course, there is all kinds of extra equipment on such a tractor, such as ploughs, tractors or cranes. A lubricant should therefore not only be good for the engine block, but also for all moving parts attached to the unit. Whether it’s biological degradable hydraulics, STOU and UTTO oils or greases, we always have the perfectly fitting lubricant in-house.<\/p>\n

This lubricant must of course be of optimal quality all the time. Because when you only have three weeks to harvest your crops, you’re not waiting for outdated oil and failing equipment. No one gets happy about maintenance work exactly at the moment you want to move forward with your production at full speed.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we see that the agricultural sector often keeps ploughing on until machines are completely stuck. Our good advice? Don’t keep jacking endlessly. But invest in the right oils and a periodic oil analysis. Aerospace<\/h2>\n

Lubricants for the aviation industry is a category of its own. Of course, we do not want a piece of wing to break off at an altitude of 1,000 kilometres because a wrong type oil was used in the production of the vital piece of the aircraft .<\/p>\n

All metals in aerospace are therefore hard- to the limit, such as titanium. So you need special products to be able to work them. The manufacture and production of lubricants in the aviation industry are therefore subject to very different guidelines and certifications than in regular metalworking.
\nWe have these lubricants in-house. Nuts on energy<\/h2>\n

Power generation plants operate with huge baths with turbine oil and with steam turbines that need to be lubricated. For this purpose, extremely clean and even cleaner oils are used that meet the highest demand in NAS classification. NAS (North American Standard) is a cleanliness class of oil, which allows you to determine how clean and particle-free the oil actually is.
\nThe question in these industries is how to keep the pollution level of oil as low as possible. As a windmill builder, you really don’t have to wait for the phenomenon of varnishing. When varnishing occurs the oil becomes too old, thickens and all kinds of harmful deposits form layers on the inside of an oil bath. <\/p>\n

Result? In the foreseeable future, your installation will be completely still. To perform your operations as risk-free as possible, opt for a selected oil that is NAS certified. Of course, we can deliver them effortlessly.
\nThe same applies to transformer houses and cabinets for high-voltagepipes. An important point for transformers houses, for example, is that the conductivity of the oil is zero. The oil then ensures that no short circuit can occur when moisture seeps in. With a short circuit, an entire village or subject can be electrocuted, no need to say you want to prevent that. Plastic and paper<\/h2>\n

To squeeze molten plastic into a mold under high pressure, you need a strong hydraulic lubricant. A lubricant that can withstand immense pressure all day and delay the aging process, i.e. oxidation.

Maar ook bij bakkerijen, brouwerijen en groothandels in vlees, vis, groenten en fruit zouden smeermiddelen en voedingsmiddelen met elkaar in aanraking kunnen komen. Dat is niet de bedoeling, maar tijdens productieprocessen kunnen fouten ontstaan.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Daarom zijn er speciale smeermiddelen voor de voedingsindustrie in het leven geroepen. Deze oli\u00ebn komen uit een fabriek waar verder niets anders gemaakt wordt dan voedselveilige smeermiddelen. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

Het mag dus niet zo zijn dat er bij een oliebedrijf eerst hydraulische olie wordt gemaakt, waarna de boel wordt schoongespoten om vervolgens een rits aan voedselveilige smeermiddelen te produceren. Dat is te risicovol.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Wanneer smeermiddelen aan deze richtlijnen voldoen, krijgen ze een FDA- of een NSF H-1-certificaat. Uiteraard hebben wij deze gecertificeerde smeermiddelen ruimschoots in ons assortiment, net als de vrijgaven voor halal en kosher. AGRARISCH<\/h2>\r\n

Oogstmachines, dorsinstallaties en tractors. Al het materieel dat in wordt gezet om voedsel van het land te halen of het land om te ploegen, heeft smeerolie nodig. En niet zomaar de eerste de beste olie, maar olie die speciaal is toegespitst op het modulaire karakter van landbouwwerktuigen.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Aan zo\u2019n tractor hangt natuurlijk allerlei extra materieel, zoals ploegen, trekkers of kranen. Een smeermiddel moet dus niet alleen goed zijn voor het motorblok, maar ook voor alle bewegende delen die aan de tractor bevestigd zijn. Of het nu om biologisch afbreekbare hydrauliek, om STOU- en UTTO-oli\u00ebn of om smeervetten gaat: wij hebben altijd het perfect passende smeermiddel in huis.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Dat smeermiddel moet uiteraard continu van optimale kwaliteit zijn. Want wanneer je maar drie weken de tijd hebt om je gewassen te oogsten, zit je niet op verouderde olie en haperend materieel te wachten. Niemand wordt vrolijk van onderhoudswerkzaamheden precies op het moment dat je met je productie in volle vaart vooruit wilt.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Helaas merken we dat de agrarische sector vaak maar door blijft ploegen totdat machines compleet vastlopen. Onze goede raad? Blijf niet eindeloos doorjakkeren. Maar investeer in de juiste oli\u00ebn en een periodieke olie-analyse. AEROSPACE<\/h2>\r\n

Smeermiddelen voor de luchtvaartindustrie zijn een categorie apart. We willen natuurlijk niet dat er op duizend kilometer hoogte een stuk vleugel afbreekt omdat er een verkeerd type olie werd gebruikt bij de productie van de vliegtuigonderdelen.<\/p>\r\n

Alle metalen in aerospace zijn dan ook spijkerhard, zoals titanium. Je hebt dus speciale producten nodig om dat \u00fcberhaupt te kunnen bewerken. De fabricage en de productie van smeermiddelen in de luchtvaartindustrie zijn dan ook aan heel andere richtlijnen en certificeringen gebonden dan in de reguliere metaalbewerking.<\/p>\r\n

Deze smeermiddelen hebben wij in huis. NUTS EN ENERGIE<\/h2>\r\n

Energieopwekkingscentrales werken met enorme baden met cabineolie en met stoomcabines die gesmeerd moeten worden. Daarvoor worden extreem reine en schone oli\u00ebn ingezet die voldoen aan de strengste NAS-classificering. NAS (North American Standard) is een reinheidsklasse van olie, waarmee je kunt bepalen hoe schoon en deeltjesvrij de olie eigenlijk is.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

De vraag bij dit soort industrie\u00ebn is hoe je de vervuilingsgraad van de olie zo laag mogelijk kunt houden. Op het fenomeen varnishing zit je als windmolenbouwer namelijk echt niet te wachten. Bij varnishing wordt de olie te oud, dikt hij in en ontstaan er allerlei schadelijke afzettingen aan de binnenkant van een oliebad. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

Resultaat? Binnen afzienbare tijd komt je installatie compleet stil te liggen. Om zo risicoloos mogelijk je operaties uit te voeren, kies je dus voor een cabinecompressorolie die NAS-gecertificeerd is. Vanzelfsprekend kunnen wij die moeiteloos leveren.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Datzelfde geldt voor transformatorhuisjes en kasten voor hoogspanningsleidingen. Een belangrijk punt bij bijvoorbeeld transformatorhuisjes is dat de geleidbaarheid van de olie nul is. De olie zorgt er dan voor dat er geen kortsluiting kan ontstaan wanneer er vocht binnensijpelt. Bij kortsluiting zit een heel dorp subiet zonder stroom en dat wil je natuurlijk voorkomen. KUNSTSTOF EN PAPIER<\/h2>\r\n

Om onder hoge druk gesmolten kunststof in een mal te persen heb je een sterk hydraulisch smeermiddel nodig. Een smeermiddel dat de hele dag immense druk kan weerstaan en het verouderingsproces, oftewel de oxidatie, kan uitstellen.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Wij adviseren je graag over de juiste keuze smeerolie. Met een naadloos aansluitend smeermiddel kun je de wrijving binnen je machines namelijk verlagen. Daardoor verbruik je veel minder energie wanneer de cilinders van A naar B worden verplaatst. Voor je volledige productielocatie kan dat uiteindelijk een significante energiebesparing opleveren. Altijd fijn.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ook in de papierproductie is een best fit<\/i> van belang. Wanneer je gebruikmaakt van indroogtrommels waar natte papierpulp overheen wordt geleid, moet dat snel gedroogd worden. Speciale typen olie zorgen er dan voor dat warmte heel snel afgevoerd of toegevoegd kan worden. Met deze heat transfer fluids weet je bovendien zeker dat je machine niet in brand zal vliegen.
